		<title><![CDATA[How does HandicraftsHome support its New customers?]]></title>

If you&#39;re an existing customer &amp; have forgotten password upon trying to login to your account, you need to click on "Forgotten Password" &amp; HandicraftsHome" will email you your password so that you can login to your account.<br />

2. Prompt updates on Order Details<br />
Once you&#39;ve placed the order with Handicraftshome.org, you&#39;ll be notified by email all the details or updates for your order as to when is going to ship, its Tracking Info., if the item is not available for shipment etc.<br />

As to protect the financial Information of our customers, Handicraftshome.org does not even receive the credit/ Debit card information of its customer. It uses well established third party credit/Debit card processing companies such as Paypal &amp; Google checkout.<br />

Handicraftshome.org will do its best to ensure that you get what you pay for &amp; are fully satisfied with your purchase at Handicraftshome.org.  we will allow you to return a work in its original condition for a full refund of the amount paid by you, if it does not meet your expectations. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs. The refund or exchange is processed within 48 hours of our receiving back the item.

		<title><![CDATA[How do New Customers Create an Account, place order & manage the account?]]></title>

As a new customer the first thing that you need to do is to set up an account with Handicraftshome.org so taht you can place an order, chek the status of<br />
an existing order. In order to get started at Handicraftshome.org, you need to click on "My Account" button at the upper right most corner of the Home page.<br />
Once you click on that, it will take you to a new page which is divided into two sections, one for Existing customers &amp; the other for Returning customers. <br />

Click on "continue" button from the "New customer" side, it will take you to a new page with"My account Information" on top. Give all the details required for the particular fields. Once you are finished filling information, click on "Continue" buttomn at the bottom of the page &amp; it will further take you to the page confirming your successful account creation.<br />

Once your account has been created ypu can place order. In order to place an order go to the home page of Handicraftshome.org, select items, "Add to cart", if you want to purchase more than one item, click on "Continue Shopping" button &amp; select more items &amp; add them to cart. If you want to remove an item from the cart, click on the square checkbox under "Remove" corresponding to theitem you may want to remove then "update" your cart. If you need to purchase more than one quantity of the same product then specify the quantity required in the box under "Qty" &amp; update your cart. Once you are finished shopping then click on "checkout" button at the bottom, it will ask for your login information (if you had not logged in), once you&#39;ve logged-in it will take you to the <br />
"Delivery Information" page where you&#39;ll need to specify the Address where you want the item to be shipped, click on "Change Address" (if its different from the one you&#39;ve specified in your account Information) &amp; give the new address then it will ask for your "Shipping Method", Flat Rate is the only available Method as off now. In "Comments About Your Order" section, you need to specify any concerns that you may have for the order for Eg. if you want it to be delivered by certain date, if its a gift for someone &amp; you do not want the Invoice to be enclosed with the shipment etc you can specify in this section.After that click on "Continue" buttom at the bottom of the page &amp; it will take you to a new page where it will ask foe "Billing Address", click on " Change Address" if its different from the one specified in uour account Details &amp; give the New Address. In "Payment Method", you&#39;ll need to select either of the <br />
Payment method, Money Order/Check or Debit card/Credit card (via Paypal). Again if you&#39;ve any concerns, specify in"Comments about your Order" section &amp; click on "Continue" button at the bottom &amp; it will take you to the "Order Confirmation" page, please verify your order before clicking on "Confirm order" at the bottom of the page &amp; finally it will take you to the page where it will say "Your order has been Created", select the square checkbox corresponding to the item on which you want to be notified of nay updates &amp; click on "Continue" &amp; your order has been successfully created.<br />

If you need to update your account information, login to your account, click on "View or change my account information" &amp; make required changes for your name, email address &amp; Telephone #. Click on "View or change entries to my address book" if you need to change your address &amp; finally if you need to change your password, click on "change my account Password" &amp; give your new password on the new page.<br />

If you&#39;re enquiring about the status of the order that you placed, you need to login to your account. Once you&#39;ve logged in you can click on orders &amp; it will show you the list of all the orders that you&#39;ve placed with Handicraftshome.org along with the status corresponding to the order just in front of the order for eg if its Pending or processing or Packing or Shipped. Click on the Order that you&#39;re enquiring about &amp; it will show you the details of the order starting from Ship to Address, Bill to Address, Payment Method, products ordered, Status of the order if the status Pending that means that Representataive has yet to take care of the order, if its Processing- Representative has notified the Craftsman/woman about the order &amp; it is under process, if the status show Packing then the order is in the warehouse&amp; is about to ship, if the status shows shipped- it will have details of the shipment such as date &amp; time of shipment, carrier info. along with the Tracking information &amp; estimated DElivery date. If the status is DElivered means that the order has been Delivered.<br />
<br />
If the Representative has some queries regarding the order or is unable to fulfill the order within the desired time frame He/She will post the comment in the Comments section of the order so that the Customer is aware of everything thats going on in the background &amp; can respond to the Representative accordingly.<br />
<br />
For Eg the Customer has placed an order for someone else as a Birthday present &amp; wants it to be shipped on or before a specified date, He/She can mention the same in the Comments section of the order. Upon receiving the order the Representative finds out that the particular product is out of stock &amp; shall not be able to deliver the order on/before that date the Representative will post comment for the customer notifying about the same, now it is at the discretion of the customer to either cancel the order or place another order for some other item from same Representative or a Different Represenrtative or let it be delivered on a later date &amp; thats how the customer can make the decision &amp; let the Representative know about the same through the Comments section.
