HandicraftsHome.org has taken every care towards the accuracy of information provided on the website. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. HandicraftsHome.org, or its employees, or its affiliates, are not responsible for loss or damage caused to users due to the information inadvertently provided on the website.

HandicraftsHome.org always tries to deliver the exact product ordered by the customer.If a product is unavailable, customer will be contacted and if customer agrees, a similar product, nearest to the description and image of that ordered, will be delivered, if otherwise the money will be credited back if order can not be delivered in the desired time frame set forth by customer.

If a product is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail.

Customers must contact the Customer Service at CS[@]handicraftshome.org : to cancel an order. If the product has not yet been dispatched, HandicraftsHome.org, at its sole discretion, may cancel the order subject to its return policy.

HandicraftsHome.org does not send e-mails to its registered users about new item/schemes. Users may opt in to the mailing list if they do not want to receive these mails by writing to our Customer Service..

Products once delivered can be returned - for instance when the customer is not 100% satisfied  - subject to the terms and conditions laid down in the Return Policy Statement.

In every case that a customer wants to cancel an order, customer has to bear shipping and handling expenses.

HandicraftsHome.org guarantees the quality of the products we offer. We also realize it is difficult, sometimes, to accurately judge a work of art from an image on a screen. We want to assure our customers that while we do not want curiosity sales, we will allow you to return a work in its original condition for a full refund of the amount paid by you, if it does not meet your expectations. Please contact HandicraftsHome.org within seven days of receipt of the item, at sales[@]handicraftshome.org and specify the product code of the work to be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs. The refund or exchange is processed within 48 hours of our receiving back the item. The refund will be provided subject to receipt of the artwork in the original state. Please buy with confidence ,our masterpieces of art will meet or exceed your expectations.

Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.

HandicraftsHome.org delivers some of its products through selected logistics providers and they vary from time to time depending on the products and location. The customer or the recipient should not contact our logistics providers for any returns, refunds, cancellations or any disputes. All communication should be directed to sales[@]handicraftshome.org, Non-perishable goods - In the unlikely event, while the product is unable to be delivered due to no one being at home, we will return the goods to the HandicraftsHome.org warehouse. Every genuine effort shall be made to a re-delivery but not guaranteed. No refunds will be given to the customer. 

 Please allow the minimum time required for delivery as specified in each category.  Delivery shall be made in the course of the day, and the customer agrees to refrain from requesting for deliveries at very early or late hours of the day. All attempts will be made to deliver at the specified time on the preferred date of delivery but HandicraftsHome.org will not be held liable if the delivery does not take place within the specified time on HandicraftsHome.org.

Pricing Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. HandicraftsHome.org reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. In case of non-availability of the ordered item, HandicraftsHome.org will contact you if the procurement of the product that you selected takes longer than the time specified against the description of that product. All orders placed (in U.S. denomination) must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email or Telephone number at the email address/telephone number provided on your order. Shipping and delivery timeframes quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

Availability Policy:
At times, your order may be out of stock. In this event, HandicraftsHome.org will notify you via email with the status of your order. HandicraftsHome.org will place your order on backorder and notify you when it ships. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so, please see our Cancellation Policy. All notifications will take place via email.

We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non delivery and non availability.

Errors and Omissions Policy:
In the unlikely event if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers HandicraftsHome.org shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The customer will be notified in such events.

HandicraftsHome.org shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, HandicraftsHome.org shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the amount of your original charge.

Cancellation Policy
Once a product is shipped  it cannot be cancelled by the customer. The reason being that the system immediately processes the order and sends shipping instructions to our warehouse. Due to the high volume of transactions and because the instructions are sent over to various teams to process it accordingly, it becomes difficult to cancel the orders. However, we may try to cancel your order if contacted within 4 hours after placing the order. In that case, we shall cancel the order subject to a cancellation charge that would comprise of expense toward processing the order to the point it was cancelled. HandicraftsHome.org has full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by HandicraftsHome.org and accept HandicraftsHome.org decision regarding the cancellation.

Once a delivery attempt is made, no cancellation will be accepted. Refunds in such scenario's would be subject to amount paid by the customer less shipping and handling expenses. These refunds will only be considered when the product has been received back by HandicraftsHome.org.

Warranty / Dispute Policy
Perishable Products - HandicraftsHome.org does not provide any warranties on the products it delivers.

Non-perishable Products -  The customer agrees that the customer service issues regarding the products will be taken up with the manufacturer directly. HandicraftsHome.org will pass on any warranty cards if available to the recipient of the product at the time of delivery.
 

All and any disputes related to HandicraftsHome.org service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of California(USA) courts.

Fraudulent / Declined Charges Policy
HandicraftsHome.org reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the site fraudulently. HandicraftsHome.org reserves the right to sue the recipient in case of fraudulent charges and denial of charges by the customer.

Payment Policy:
We accept all Master,Visa, American Express and Discover Cards via PayPal. Customers using foreign and international cards should note that this online payment gateway accepts payments which are mentioned at www.paypal.com.  We encourage customers to read payment policies, terms and conditions of using Paypal. Handicraftshome shall not be liable for any policy, terms and conditions changes of Paypal resulting in additional expenses or losses by using Paypal website.

However,HandicraftsHome.org can not be held responsible for any discrepencies between the actual specifications,description and what is shown on this website. Also customer assumes complete responsibility of using the products sold at HandicraftsHome.org. HandicraftsHome.org can not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of products sold by HandicraftsHome.org.

HandicraftsHome.org is an online store for the fine artwork, craftwork and paintings.

We do not claim any right or representation of any of the process, category of products and products . HandicraftsHome.org does not have any exclusive selling or distribution rights. All products are displayed in the catalogue to add variety to the content and allow the customer a wider choice in selection of products.
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold HandicraftsHome.org and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by them or your authorized users of your account.

The customer also agrees to defend, indemnify and hold HandicraftsHome.org and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, in connection with the use of the Service or the placement or transmission of any message or information or other materials by you or authorized users of your account.

HandicraftsHome.org may modify this Agreement from time to time by changing the above terms and condition. The terms and conditions applicable to the customer will be the ones that were prevailing on the day and time you placed your orders.
